These terms govern use of luminapath.ai and its public materials. LuminaPath Inc, a Delaware corporation doing business as BatchIn provides the site. These terms do not replace any separate agreement for services, pilots, product delivery, or commercial work.

• Use the site for lawful informational or business purposes
• Do not interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not present LuminaPath materials as your own

Any service levels, delivery milestones, uptime commitments, support response times, or production obligations for infrastructure or AI systems must appear in a separate written statement of work, order form, or SLA. Public site content does not create those commitments by itself.

LuminaPath Inc operates as BatchIn in Texas and handles Texas-facing DBA operations in line with the applicable Texas Business and Commerce Code. This public website does not make consequential automated decisions about people. Any covered AI system is governed by separate written terms and carries the Texas TRAIGA disclosures required for that system.

Where LuminaPath provides managed infrastructure or hosted systems under a separate agreement, data processing runs on secure infrastructure powered by renewable energy sources. The public website itself is informational and does not create a production data-processing commitment.

If you believe material on luminapath.ai infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@luminapath.ai that identifies the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.

Site content, code, brand materials, and original visuals remain the property of LuminaPath or its licensors unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

This site links to third-party services including BatchIn. Separate product services and partner services can operate under their own terms and policies.

Public site content is provided on an as-is and as-available basis for general information. It is not a commitment to ship a specific feature, timeline, or commercial term, and LuminaPath disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuminaPath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use arising from the public site, its content, or linked third-party services. If LuminaPath is found liable despite that limit, aggregate liability for the public site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these website terms or the public site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each side consents to that forum and venue.
